About 5 years ago we started to plan everything digitally in the stable and keep track of all activities with EquineM. The switch to EquineM was not difficult. The younger stable employees even found EquineM easier to use than our old paper system.

Thanks to the digital administration, we have a good overview of all horses. We can easily see which horses have been worked, what kind of work they have done and whether they are fit to race. For the administration, we know exactly when horses have arrived and when they have left. When we still kept our administration on paper, it was a lot of work to look something up. Now we can quickly request a report with all the information we need, even when we are not at the stable.

We work with different staff and the system also provides a lot of clarity for them. For example, when a horse has been outside, this activity is checked off. It is then immediately clear to the staff in the afternoon which horses still need to go outside. We can also store many more notes during planning than we were previously able to on our whiteboard.

We also like that the EquineM team is easily accessible for questions and assistance. In the past we have also submitted ideas for the software and these have been processed. EquineM works very well for us!
